Online Induction

Ensure this eform has been completed and submitted for staff to download your WWVP details.

Dear Volunteer

Welcome to St Mary’s College.

All volunteers must complete a formal Online Induction prior to commencing. Below are the details on how to  complete the Online Induction training.
The information is substantial and will require approximately 30 minutes to complete.

The induction includes acknowledgement of the Catholic Education Tasmania Child Safety Briefing.
At the conclusion of the training, please be sure to complete the induction agreement and press the submit button to complete.

Using an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer or Chrome, please open the following link to the training module:

Volunteer SMC online induction

  1. You will be prompted to input logon credentials.
    1. The user name for logon is newstaff@smc.tas.edu.au
    2. And the password is 4da$Gnome2
  2. Please read through each of the induction pages,  being sure to complete the Action Items along the way.
  3. The last step is to complete and return the induction agreement which is the last page of the induction.
    1. There is no need to print and formally sign the electronic agreement.
    2. Please complete all fields in the form.
    3. Once complete, click the “Submit” button to lodge the induction agreement.
